* Low & Lower-middle Income Countries (LMIC) registration fee refers to Low-income & Lower-middle economies as listed and defined according to the World Bank Classification. ISID encourages those living and working within Low & Lower Middle-Income Countries (LMIC) to take advantage of our preferred LMIC Registration rates. These fees apply to those who are permanent residents of LMIC, rather than those temporarily working in an LMIC setting.
** Students: In order to benefit from the special fee, upload one of the following documents during your online registration to qualify for the special fee (a) Department Head-signed approval letter or (b) Copy of your current valid student ID.
*** Eligibility for the ISID Village Member registration rate requires an active, paid ISID membership. This membership must be secured before beginning the registration process and must be valid at the time of the 21st International Congress on Infectious Diseases (ICID) 2026. Payment Methods
Payment of registration fees (in EURO) can be made as follows:

By Bank Transfer:
- An additional 30 Euro handling fee is required.
- Please ensure that the name of the participant is stated on the transaction draft.
- Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.

- Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees
- Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.
Cancellation Policy
Note, in case of cancellation at any stage, bank transfer handling fee (30 Euro) will not be refunded – applicable to Bank Transfer payments only.
- Cancellations received until and including one day after the early deadline – full refund.
- Cancellations received between 2 days after the deadline to 2-3 weeks prior to the event – 50% will be refunded.
- As of 1 day after the previous date – no refund will be made
