Who are these guidelines for?

- Presenting authors of abstracts selected for Long Oral Presentation sessions
- Each Long Oral Presentation presenter has 10 minutes for their oral presentation – 8 Minutes for a talk and 2 Minutes for a Q&A discussion.

As a Speaker or Long Oral Presenter, you will need to:

IMPORTANT: Presenters of Long-Oral Abstracts who have not completed their registration by 11 October 2025 or have not emailed the ATTD-ASIA abstract department (ATTDA_abstracts@kenes.com) to confirm any possible special circumstances why they have been unable to register by that date, will be removed from the Conference’s scientific program.
In compliance with CME/CPD requirements, all speakers and oral presenters have to complete a conflict of interest form. Emails were sent with a request to complete COI to all presenters. If you haven’t received this email, please first check your spam/junk and then if you still cannot find it, please contact attda_abstracts@kenes.com.
Submitting a photo and short biography is not mandatory. However, it will allow the Conference attendees to get acquainted with your professional background before attending your session. Uploading this information is via the online abstract submission system in your profile area.
