We are a Geneva-based NGO which seeks to ensure equitable access to reliable diagnosis around the world. We connect countries and communities, funders, decisionmakers, healthcare providers and developers to spur diagnostic innovation and aim to make testing an integral part of sustainable, resilient health systems. The impact of our work is to 1) save 1 million lives through accessible and quality diagnosis, 2) save US$1 billion in healthcare costs to patients and health systems and 3) empower 10+ countries with diagnostic data to inform policy and care. Since joining FIND in 2018, I’ve worked with various teams within the Malaysian Ministry of Health and with in-country partners like Drugs for Neglected Diseases initiative (DNDi), Malaysian AIDS Council (MAC) and Third World Network (TWN) on various hepatitis C public health programmes and research studies.
