Dr Rosaida binti Hj Md Said is a Senior Consultant Physician, Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist, and Head of Medical Department in Hospital Serdang. She is the National Head of Gastroenterology and Hepatology from September 2021 and the National Head of Internal Medicine from August 2022. She graduated from University Malaya in 1990 and completed her master program from National University of Malaysia in 1998. She completed her Gastroenterology sub-specialty training in 2003. She is actively involved with national work in the Ministry of Health (MOH) especially in Gastroenterology and Hepatology subspecialty. She has been involved in the publication of Malaysian Clinical Practice Guidelines, MOH Health Technology Assessment Reports and MOH Standard Operating Procedures in Gastroenterology and Endoscopy. She has published many journals and is actively involved in many researches.
