Giri Rajahram

Dr. Giri Rajahram is an Infectious Diseases Physician with the Ministry of Health Malaysia working in Sabah, Borneo. He has been working in this role in various capacities for the past decade. His clinical duties involve working with a diverse group of people, including indigenous and often marginalised communities in the state. Besides clinical commitments, his other responsibilities include guiding policy, providing technical expertise in infectious diseases and communicating policies to different stakeholders. Dr. Rajahram also collaborates with local and international partners to address epidemiological and clinical aspects of regional infectious diseases of interest. He is currently pursuing an MSc in International Health at the University of Oxford with the support of the Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Trust scholarship.
